In a bid to run awareness drive of the conclusions derived from the research amongst the masses and in effort to increase SPORTS LITERACY in the country NGO was formed in 2017 and has started the Sports Literacy Mission.

A PIL to make Sports a Fundamental Right was filed in the Supreme Court. It has been accepted and an Amicus Curie has been appointed.

Constant effort resulted in introduction of Sports Philosophy as a subject in the State Universities of Rajasthan and talks are underway in various other states.

  1. As Faculty and Head of the Sports Research Centre at IMT Ghaziabad, one of India’s leading business schools, he drives forward innovative research and education in sports.
  2. Dr. Pandey has been appointed to the FICCI Sports Committee, providing strategic insights to shape the future of Indian sports.
  3. He serves as Senior Advisor to the UP Olympic Association, guiding key initiatives to enhance the state's sports infrastructure and performance.
  4. Nominated as an Academic Council Member at Rajasthan Sports University, Jhunjhunu, he brings his expertise to elevate sports education and governance.
  5. Dr. Pandey is working with the All India Football Federation to spearhead research and innovation, revolutionizing the landscape of Indian football.
  6. He is working in collaboration with the Ladakh Football Association to promote football and develop human resources in the region, fostering local talent and community engagement.
  7. Dr. Pandey is working with the World Freestyle Football Association to popularize and develop freestyle football in India, creating new opportunities for youth engagement and sportsmanship.

  9. Seth Anandram Jaipuria School. Providing them consultancy services to adopt a village to make it Model Sports Village.
  10. An MOU was signed between IMT Ghaziabad and Bundelkhand University for research and promotion of Traditional Games in the Bundelkhand Region of India. Apart from this, IMT Ghaziabad will also promote Sports Culture in the region through its novel initiatives like Model Sports Village, Sports Therapy to Cure Depression, Sports Literacy Promotion Campaigns etc. Dr. Kanishka Pandey, Head- Sports Research Centre, IMT Ghaziabad will be heading this project.

IMT Ghaziabad signed an MOU with 3 Universities of Rajasthan – Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur, Govind Guru Tribal University Banswara, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology in the august presence of Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan Shri.
