Member of Sports : A Way of Life held a meeting with Hon’ble Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Government of Rajasthan Mr. Vasudev Devanani at his residents to discuss in detail about how to draw the present day students to sports world and eye to win medals and bring laurel to the nation. This has been in consonance with the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Naredra Modi.

Our member also exchanged views and gave some suggestions to him as to what more could be done to engage every student with sports.

Our members also apprised him about all the activities carried out by our NGO in promoting sports culture in our country and take sports to next level. The Minister was also apprised by our members that the NGO has been making fervent effort to introduce the toddlers to sports world by introducing them to sports alphabets and lay foundation for future sports. This has been conceptualized on the line that children are given knowledge of Hindi and English by teaching them the Hindi and English alphabets and their foundation of education is laid down on these learning that make them succeed in their future life.  Our NGO requested him to include the sports Alphabets both in Hindi (Khel Praveshika) and English (Know Sports) as part of their school curriculum. This will create an interest in sports to children from very early childhood and their leaning towards sports will increase further.

It will be a simple and but profitable effort for future of sports as well as for the social structure prevailing in our country. The primary school students are our future the human resource. If they become interested in sports, then there will be huge sports talent pool as well as this will help built in solid moral character which will be beneficial both for the individual and nation.
